About Us

We are a community …

Not just a community theatre but a theatre community!

Livonia Community Theatre’s mission is to offer a quality theatre experience that will entertain, enrich and educate people of all ages!

Who We Are

Livonia Community Theatre (formerly Paul’s Players) was founded in 2011 by Patricia Hutchison, a retired music and drama teacher. In 2017, the group changed its name to Livonia Community Theater to reflect its deep commitment to the City of Livonia.

Livonia Community Theater is a non-profit organization whose mission is to offer a quality theater experience that will entertain, enrich, and educate people of all ages.

Livonia Community Theatre is grateful to the people of St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church in Livonia for housing our troupe. We are not affiliated with the church, and church membership is not required for participation in any LCT activity.

Although LCT loves our home community of Livonia, we welcome people from anywhere in the Metro Detroit area to join our productions.
